Hi, my name is Sarah Jean. I have been a licensed esthetician for over twelve years and specialize specifically in eyebrow threading, a form of hair removal originating from eastern cultures. In India and Iran, women would remove unwanted hairs and create immaculate eyebrow shapes by using a piece of thread to remove hair from the follicle without damage to the skin. This allows for eagle-eyed precision while the thread pulls even the smallest unseen hairs. I also specialize in lash extensions and other lash/brow services. I am both driven and passionate about creating the perfect brows, lashes and experience for every client that comes my way. I love to be challenged, I am meticulously detail oriented, I approach individual needs in creative, outside of the box ways whenever I can and working on all the unique, beautiful face shapes of my clients allows me to do just that!

Cancellation Policy

Thread Lash Love Cancellation Policy Booking Fees & Cancellations/No Shows All services booked online require a card to book and your card will be charged a 50% fee for any cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Cards will also be required if booking services with me in person and/or over the phone and the same fee applies, there will be no fees if the appointment is rescheduled. If you are planning to reschedule you will not be able to do so until this fee has been paid( this fee is to make up for the appointment either no showed or canceled not to be used towards your next appointment) Excessive no shows/late cancels and rescheduling will result in termination of all future services. Rescheduling Whenever you reschedule your lash fill appointment please keep in mind you will be charged an updated price at the new appointment depending on how long it’s been since you were last in as more time in between fills means more product and time is needed. There will be no updated charge if I need to reschedule your appointment for whatever reason. Running late ? Sick? If you're running late please let me know as soon as possible so I can make sure we have the time needed for your service. (Note: I need at least one hour to do a lash fill or a lash touch up and at least two hours for a full set, any arrival past that will need to be rescheduled.)If you are sick please be considerate and reschedule! If you are not sure please mask up for your appointment- I have plenty available if needed and I will also mask up! Refunds If you are unhappy with your service please let me know, I do not offer refunds but will give you the same service again free of charge if booked within two weeks of the original service in hopes of fulfilling your expectations.
